Does the humidity matter during incubation or is it better to have a lower percent? I just tested my incubation chamber and it is running at 84 degrees and about 85-90% humidity. Is that good numbers or should I change something. I am going to put my jars in soon so I want to make sure everything is good.

humidtity should be high but because the stuff grows out in jars it takes care of itself.

what you got happening sounds fine
