NEED SERIOUS HELP... PC QUESTION

I failed miserably with 6 jars. Green mold contaminated them all within 4 days. I have a 10 psi pressure cooker. I sterilized for 1 hour with the 10 p.s.i. How long should I cook them for them to be contam free?????????? Thanks
