Donating Plazma
    #4692154 - 09/21/05 10:21 PM (12 years, 2 months ago)

I found out i could get paid for this shit, so, i'v been doing it 2wise a week since i turned 18. $20 the first time, $30 the second+ $10 sign on bonus+ $10 for a tetnus shot (idunno why) + $20 every time you recruit somebody else.
Easy money.
Trouble is i donated today, and have been feeling not %100.
I feel weak, and Have been falling asleep all day (more than usual).
Is this bad for me? Do any of you know how long it takes to completely regenerate these lost white blood cells?

Mot sure, but plasma isn't blood cells. It's the fluid all the cells are suspended in.

I would assume they just draw your blood? (after that they can spin it in a centrifuge to separate the cells from the plasma). I don't know for sure, but I googled it and found a source claiming plasma is 92% water. This makes me think that plasma isn't really "generated" but gotten from the diet.

You may be weak from general blood loss...how much are they taking?

It's one of the advantages when you live in the USA.

I don't think you get paid for doing that in Canada.
