Does it not scare you?

Does anyone else ever get scared standing out in a field in the middle of nowhere in pitch black darkness with large animals all around you? Hasn't stopped me before, but damn what an uneasy feeling that is!

Aren't the cows in a different mood at night though? Do I need to watch out for them as much as I do during the day? I know someone's got some bad experiences they could prolly share...

i go in the day time.

most cows are merely curious.

although, i DO know this one feild where the cows charge. they aren't bulls either. just big cows, when they see me they jump up and down stomping their hooves on the ground and then run at me head-down.

i only got close enough for an attack once, it was 2 years ago, the cow chased me to the fence and ALMOST got me, i lumped over the fence head-first and snagged my jeans, tearing the crotch out right to the ground on both legs, exposing my bare cock and balls.
luckily i had a windbreaker to tie around my waist. i had to do it sideways to cover the front AND back.

i helped niggy stop being afraid of cows, but all the cows we picked together around were nice....

so i figured i would show him the scary cows..... you know, as a joke

darn things never charged us!

but they still come after me well enough when im alone.

darn cows.

I've found cows wont mess with unless u mess with them (example being really stoned wrestling with a bulls horns) yea fucker tossed me over a fence. Live and let live works best i guess.

ummm, you dont know these cows. theres this one big grey bessie with a crescent moon on her forehead that i call "sailor moo" and she is NOT one i would try to stand up too

when they rommel at you head-down, they aren't thinking about how youre smarter than they are.

they aren't thinking ANYTHING. theyve already made the behavioral response and are too damn dumb to have a plan B.

i think it would pretty much run your ass down. and then be all "OH, i stomped something down, better stomp it some more"

 I don't go out at night either. Mainly b/c I'm alone, if I went with someone else, I probly would. I don't like that uneasy feeling, like I spend more time worrying about the cows than looking for shrooms.
I've noticed cows of different fields act different too. Most are nice, or stay away. One time (mainly cuz I gave a wide berth thereafter), they charged me.
And Holy shit, lemmee tell ya, I still laugh cuz I can't think of any other time in my life where I turned and broke into a full run b/c I was genuinely scared. I was RUNNING, and they were tryin to head me off, about 20 of em, sounded like a f'n stampede I tell ya. Only one bull, very big, but very calm, it's the cows that were chasing me. And afterward, they were mooing like all get-out, you could probably hear 'em a mile away!
Now, I would probably pay to see somebody stand they're ground,

peace

A cow doesen't care if you can count to 10 and they can't if they've been mistreated by humans in any way in the past. Just because you don't mess with cows doesen't mean they don't catagorize humans by their species.

Would you let a cobra come waltzing in your house and start picking shit off your ground with its mouth just because he's not harming anyone?

It also has alot to do with the season they're in. Hormones in cows fluctuate, whether or not they're in mating season, or if a mom just gave birth to a very vulnerable calf.

Anyways, im no cow expert at all but it's just common sense.

I went to st thomas and camped out ontop of the island... Despite my entire family being poor all my life, the land is priceless.
I was chased by haitians in the main city charlotte amalie when my girlfriend and I got some cocaine for free in a bar and mixed it with alcohol, to form a stronger drug. With such confidence at 2am, we walked the 4-5 or so miles down to the beach where the african slaves lie like lions waiting on tourist prey.

The war isen't on drugs... the war is on the causes that influence people to abuse drugs. drug-abuse is a by-product of the system and much like radioactive waste occurs from utilizing nuclear power, drug addicts with drug-problems will need to be properly disposed of, like the decaying radioactive waste produced from nuclear energy. -i2ancid
