Legitimate Question at This Drunken Hour?

I want to try casing for the first time. Can't find "hyrated lime flour" or "Pete moss". Only "Garden lime" and "Sphagnum pete moss" are availible in my area of the world. What do I fuckin do?

Boh of those are good, sphagnum moss is good peat, and I do beleive garden lime is hydrated lime, for PH adjustment.
