can someone goto this link and tell me if the pressure cooker i bought will be good for sterilizing jars , syringes , etc?

looks ok....if you dont plan on doing many jars at a time...I would have gone for a bigger one. It should work for you though.

as long as it works 50$ doesnt really bother me. its brand new and has its manual etc. im only planning on inoc. 12 jars at a time so it should do me ok. also i dont need a vegetable steaming rack? i can just lay the jars in and sterilize? also will this be good to put the jars with substrate in to sterilize them as well? Thanks

I would definitely not place the jars directly on the bottom of the cooker...they might crack....just lay a washcloth or something like that to act as a barrier between jars and metal...it should be fine for sterilizing your substarte too.
