should i keep the jars upside down when there incubating?? any inffo would be appreciated.. peace..

No. Some people do that after awhile to let the CO2 gas escape. (CO2 is heavier than air.)

you really don't have to flip them over unless they have stalled on ya or are pooling water in the bottom. otherwise lid up is fine. if you already have them lid down then you are ok as well.
are they colonizing like you have them?

Water puddling? That sounds like a little too much water. I usually keep the tape on my jars until there is like a dime size of myc. So then I take the tape off, and around 30% colonization, I flip them over.

well sometimes you can get a bit of condensation on the inside of the jars and it will run down and pool in the bottoms of the jars. its not added water or extra water in the mix, sometimes it just happens. it all depends on the temps and what not the jars are incubating at. changes in temp (up/down) during this time can help to cause that, ime.

as long as you are getting a good colonization rate i don't think it matters if or when you flip the jars, it does come in very handy if they stall on you though.
