Ok I got jars of puerto rican colonizing and then ihave some florida colonizing...the puerto rican is fukin colonizing fast but all the florida jars are taking forever and the stuff dont even look like myc. There are few white spots and the rest is a faint orange with bright yellow spots...im assuming the yellow is myc piss but i havnt seen it that bright before..I dont think its contam cuz all the jars were done the same and all 10 florida jars look like this....what do you guys think?? most likely is contam. are all the spots in the point where injectin occured. Since all the jars have the same look, i'd assume you're syringe was bad. Give it a few more days and see what happens, but prepar for the worst. To be on the safe side, move the possible contam jars away from the others.

agreed, sounds like a contam. Very slow colonization is a good sign of contam. Especially if you are incubating them in the same conditions as your PR.

Now, different strains will colonize at different speeds, but that early off, you shouldn't see mycelium piss or other colors growing. That usually occurse when there is a good amount of colonization done already.

If all of your jars are like that, it sounds like a bad syringe.

I would isolate those jars and keep an eye on them. That picture is very blurry, so no one will be able to tell you exactly what it is.
