Er... Strange?!

Hm.. I've got 10 jars which were done in two different batches and both batches have the same problem. They are BRF & verm cakes. I made the BRF out of the rice with the blender. What seems to be hapenning is that there are some larger grains of rice that werent properly ground and these are first turning yellow then growing green mould. It's really strange. Both batches were pressure cooked for 30mins at 15psi. Can anyone shed any light on why this is happening?

15 psi good, try cooking for 45-60 minutes i bet thats your problem the BFR/VERM isn't sterilized long enogh.

Oh also use a coffe grinder and mince that bfr into powder, dont use a blender if its not making flour out of your brown rice.
