What's a song that gaurantees you good vibes?
    #4677380 - 09/18/05 11:22 AM (18 years, 6 months ago)

I know there are like 10 posts about tripping music every day, sorry - I couldnt help it  :tongue2: A lot of the other posts don't really apply though to what I'm looking for.
What's your single favorite song for _good vibes_. Not albums or artists, just one or two songs. I would have to say

Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes

or

ATB - Don't Stop

Anytime i hear these I get such an incredible rush.

Talking Heads - any song they ever made.

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

So, you like euphoria type music eh? i have boatloads, i dunno where i'd be without it. Checkout these tracks if you like:

andain - beautiful things
dj tiesto - suburban train

dj tiesto's 'just be' album.

so many to list, but checkout these artists too
tiesto, armin van burren, ministry of sound

if you use torrents to dl, checkout this great radio station www.etn.fm. ive gotten all of my recent trance from there.

Nothings better than hearing great music for the first time.

Air 'Surfing on a Rocket' or 'Cherry Blossom Girl' from their newest album Talkie Walkie.

Air is great. Just don't go for The Virgin Suicides for good vibes, hah.

everythings gonna be alright- bob marley
any soft grateful dead song, preferably scarlet begonias makes me feel like im on top of the world. little martha-allman brothers, very soothing song IMO. techno bugs me out most of the time and for some reason every single jimi hendrix song bugs me out wen im on shrooms, even tho i love jimi hendrix, that screaming guitar scares the crap out of me
and also under the 59th street bridge (feelin' groovy) by simon and garfunkel, defenetly of the best vibes
