What do you mean leave out? I never edit my posts except for typos. Methinks you guys just like me to repeat myself. The first post was clear enough.

If the first part is not successful or if the public has had enough of international adventure for a while, then the second part will never come to pass. But that doesn't mean Bush & Co. is not salivating when they look to Venezuela.

So just what do you mean by demonized? Open mouth. Accept bet. Pay when you lose. Fuck man, many people have been saying he's a complete asshole for years. What change will constitute demonization?

Didn't take long. It already started tonight on Fox News' Hannity & Colmes.

Chavez = Stalin, Hitler, & Mussolini says Hannity. Not only that, he *gasp* met with Castro. There you have it - evil incarnate!

Doesn't matter that Chavez was elected by his people.

A former CIA officer said he would have no problem putting a bullet between Chavez' eyes. When Colmes mentioned that it was against US and international law, the operative said "Hey, it's about protecting the American people."

Protecting them from WHAT? A Venezuelan invasion or higher gas prices?

The drum beats will get louder from here on in.

Unlike previous presidents of Venezuela, he doesn't have the United States' interests as his number one priority. Therefore, he must be assassinated. Get with it, Swami.

How often do you see Bush attending a doctors' graduation party, even in the US? He only goes to military parties, he's more interested in soldiers.
Says lots about these people respective priorities...

Last I heard, Bush hadn't even been to a single soldier's funeral. I recall Ronald Reagan having a hell of a lot more respect for those who gave their lives for their rulers.

I'd be interested in seeing a trancript of that, rather than take your word for it. You are of course conferring demon status on Hitler, Stalin, and Mussolini which is fine by me. Just wanted to know the criteria you were using. Also like to know who said it. Hannity is neither part of the Bush administration nor MSM, if it was him, which I doubt.

So my predicition comes true in ONLY ONE DAY when Fox News does it usual right-wing hatchet job - and of course - still denial from you. Dunno how to get a transcript, but don't worry - there will be more.

Swami: I predict the sun will come up tomorrow.

*The sun comes up.*

zappaisgod: How do you know that is our sun? It could be have been substituted overnight. Maybe it is an alien light source or a mass hallucination. I will need more proof than mere light and heat, Swami.
