Mushrooms in Jars

First off I would like to thank everyone for the help they have provided me over the last few months. I am now becoming more and more successful with my experiments thanks to you guys and gals.

Anyway

I have a jar I am incubating which has mushrooms growing in it. It is not yet fully colonised. Should I birth it or just wait?

I reccomend removing the jar lid and placing it in the terrarium. When it happened to me, I ended up with shrooms invitro as well as shrooms growing out the top.
