Hello Shroomery and Happy ThanksGiving , I hope everyones was enjoyable enuf for them . Now to my question , Does the yellowish excretion of mycelum when in jars coloninating have any relation to or connection with pins and the pinning process ? AFOAF has noticed verry small bb like shaped mycelum near the dry verm layer of jar which is also in the same aera where the yellowis excretion is . thx for any info anyone has to add . peace .

that excertion is just waste. No relation to pinning.
the pre pins are tiny little white dots

For me when my casings turn yellow, they always pins like two days after. I'm not sure if its the same for jars. I'm not saying that this is how it always happens, just thats what I noticed.
