COLD SHOCK

Ive heard alot about cold shock alot in the last bit to get the mushrooms to grow but i was wondering does this work? and if so how cold how long. my cakes have elaborate mycellium growth with small fluffy pins but no real progress the humidity is good and they get sufficient light about 30min a day too much light too little IM GOING CRAZY HERE I need some imput on way to speed progress. (they are also B+ strain if that helps at all) thanks to all that replied to my other posts!

if the casing/cake is being stubborn it can help to wrap it up and put it out side/in the fridge for 12 hours to remind the mycelium that its out of the jar and time to fruit... Are you really Samoan??

ok I just want to know wrap it up with??? what exactally paper towel or sarn wrap? oh Im not SAMOAN but Dr GONZO is off fear and loathing and thats why my name is that anyway thanks for replying people ussally dont reply.
