MES Casing Tek?

A fellow cultivator friend of mine was thinkin about this tek. I tried talking him into using his rye grains to spawn to h/poo, but he REALLY wants to try this tek. Does the MES Casing Tek look okay do you guys or is he wasting his time? I just thought crumbling colonize substrate straight onto wet perlite was a bad idea... maybe i'm wrong who knows. Let me know what you guys think...

well i guess the wet perlite would act like a lower casing layer? straight vermiculite with no buffer...sure sound like a winner

That is the KEEPER's crap....by the way...his "MES system" is just a fishtank airpump attatched to some PVC hehe, that's worth $195 hehe.

all he did with his "NEW cultivating technique" is turned a PMP chamber into a giant verm casing hehhe. Would it work....sure...worth the money, no way.

stick to spawning to h.poo. or look up double tub teks.

Anyway I personally think this tek looks bogus.  :rolleyes: My friend isn't buying anything, he's just gonna case a large rubbermaid tub he already has according to that tek.  Perlite/Rye Grains/Verm... I don't think he'll get the yields he's looking for without using poo, and especially with that casing layer.  :thumbdown:

It's good to hear opinions on the guys merchandise, but like I said he's too cheap to buy any of that crap... he just likes the instructions I guess.  I don't know what strikes him about it, I see far better teks on this site.  Actually I'm following several right now!  :thumbup:

you've seen the pictures of the jars that turn white with mycelium, right?

you can take that cake after it is done and crumble it up and mix it with some pasteurized horse poo, and it will turn that poo white with mycelium also. this process is called "spawning".

when you have spawned the colonized cake into the h/poo, the poo will give your shrooms optimal nutrients and health. it will signicantly increase the potency and amount of shrooms that you harvest.

if you add a proper casing to the colonized poo before you fruit it... it will also give you an even greater harvest.

That tek will work, but basically it is the same thing as a verm casing, only using rye as the substrate instead of BRF cakes.

You can get some really awesome flushes from h.poo....I don't know what your friend is expecting to get, but from h.poo you can get some amazing yields, but also with the added kick of potency you get from h.poo grown mushies.

but he is smart not to buy anything from the keeper, he is a known scumbag that preys on noob growers.

Oh, and straight verm is about the worst casing material I can think of. Keeper? BOOOOOOOOO! MES casing tek? BOOOOOOOO!
