Dunk if you want to, if it looks dry or anything. But if they just finished today, then I would birth them Sunday.

I would give them an extra couple days anyway to make sure they are finished. then dunk and fruit away.
best of luck

Give it two or three days exposed to some light then birth it. The light will help it create pinns and then when you put it in your FC you have a head start. IMO I don't dunk until my first harvest.

I like to just poor water right there in the jar and leave it over night, then take it out the next day and put it in your fruiting chamber

Definitely dunk them. Being in that little jar tends to dehydrate the poor cake. Wait til Sunday to birth the cake, then dunk it in a water with some h2o2 mixed in for 24 hours. Your fruits will be excellent.
