I was thinking something along the lines to this diagram, sorry for the crude graphics(done on paint). Please give input to what you think. Click on the image
The bubble wall inside the heated water peroxide mix produces positive air pressure to push than CO2 which is heavier than air down and out of the container.

Looks like it would work. Do you already have it or just thinking about it?

You might want to fire it up and see if it keeps temps in your desired range before you put jars in. You probly already thought of that though.

It's unnecesarily complicated. Why not just use a standard TIT?
It'd prolly work ok, but why bother? BTW, you don't need a clear top for an incubator.

I just looked at my profile and realized I had a website at one point in time on geocities, it's not there anymore and I have no idea what I had on it. ^^ what he said. it looks really cool, but the cost of the materials if you don't have this stuff handy is way more expensive and more elaborate than a TiT setup... remember, K.I.S.S.

its alot easier to just put it into a cooler chest in a warm closet or basement.... and if you're incubating you dont need humidity or light

You are re-inventing the wheel. Although it looks like it might work, I would put shrooms on it that it's not going to be nearly effective as Magash's PMP - For PF cakes at least. And if you are going to try casings, you are going to run into space issues (read: there are martha's for that)

Ya. And I thought MY chamber was overdone, lol. And why do you have a heater in there?

I thought that the submersible water heater at the bottom of the right side of the tub would provide evaporation of heated water that would heat the air and raise the temp

Why fix it if it ain't broke? It is a cool idea, but seems like a hell of a lot of work rather than just dumping wet perlite on the bottom of a container.

Looks like a decent idea but really no need for the heater, heaters are for incubators not fruiting chambers.

60-65 is fine too. My first grow was around those temps, and if you look at my gallery, you can see for yourself that it didnt affect it.
