Starting Bud outdoors LATE?

well i finally found a good guerilla grow spot oudoors and i have some good seeds and i was wondering... if i started now in the middle of semptember ( i live in texas) would the plants revert immediately to flowering and i could finish by late october early november? is it even worth my time to try since it is so late?

Give them three or four weeks veg under compact flurocents light on a 24/0 schedual. that will give them some size and vigour before they go outside. Remember, any less than 12 hours of total day light (not direct sunlight) will trigger flowering.

Otherwise, wait till next year.
