YESS!! start over, good first start though, the shrinkage is normal its what happens when mycelium uses the water in the jar.
Those yelloe spots do not look like piss to me either, Ive had yellow contams that looked just like that.

yeh that's a nasty contam. toss it and wash jars with bleach

i wouldn't risk it. the contam is living on top of the mycelium, and not directly on the substrate, so I don't think the mycelium has a chance

that bottom pic is most def a contamination, but those top two might be alright. i've had jars look similiar and all i did was inject about 2ccs of sterile water per jar and they recovered about 50% of the time. you may want to try that, you were just gonna throw them out anyway...

I'm growing PR too. I think first 2 pics are drying out, but i think it's ok. Last pic I think it's a bruise. It seems to me that PR got bruised easily.
