My girlfriend are moving into a house, and cant afford the $200 security deposit right now. Since it's non refundable, it's not something we can borrow and hope to get back later... anyway, they were both fixed a few months ago, and they are hella cute. We want to keep them together if possible, but will seperate them if need be 
we found them in the dumpster about a year ago, they were put there to eat by the ferrel mother cat. We took them in and fed them, and got them used to people, which took awhile, but now there pretty people freindly, but might take a day or two for new people to be approached.
Anyway, let me know if you can take one, we need to get rid of them by october 1st... Thanks

Don't tell the landlords you have cats.
My apt complex doesn't know I have two cats, else I'll have a $300 pet deposit.
The apt manager has even seen me packing up big bags of litter and cat food. The thing is there's so many people they can't remember who has paid a pet deposit and who hasn't.

yea... i made it a long time ago when i wasnt going to keep the cats in our apartment, but then said fuck it, and kept them without telling the apt complex...
however, the house i'm moving into, the owner just bought it to build 3 townhouses in the back yard, so he will be there constantly cause it's his company doing the work... It's a fenced in yard, so it's kinda weird

Well, if he's building some townhouses, see if you can help out with like cleaning up or simple drywall or something for a couple weeks to make up for the $200 pet deposit. I bet if you tell him your situation, that you love your cats but you don't have the money, he'll work with you.
Honestly I don't even know what the fuck a "pet deposit" is for, especially you have cats that have been fixed.

Aww I wouldn't be able to get rid of my animal even if it meant losing an apartment. No offence, but I hate when people get animals and then decide later on down the road that they don't want them. They're practically kids and a long term investment. If you aren't sure if you'll be there for the long haul, you shouldn't get involved.
With that said, I hope you find a good owner for them. They're very cute.

yea, with school starting and such, i just paid a few hundred in tuition, which i will get back in a few months, but i'm cuttin real close to beggin for change in the mean time...
the owner, it would appear, is a real hard ass. his secratary's been taking care of it, and she kinda hinted about it, but didnt come out and say it...
and the only reason why we got involved was that they were in the dumpster, and with all the ferrel cats around, it would be sad to see them grow up and die within a year... so we planned on putting them up for adoption, but everyone my gf interviewed was all kinda wierd... and it just sorta turned out to us keeping them, and then they started trying to have sex, and i paid to get them fixed..

I'm just an animal-lover at heart.
Sometimes I dream about having a spacious property to live on which would enable me to pickup just about any stray pet I see on the streets and provide adequate shelter and food for it, until someone claims it or not.
My current dog:
Her name is Misha, a purebred Lhasa Ahpso who I found running around in a muddy ditch next to a highway years ago while living in Holland. If you knew how the Dutch [and Germans] usually treat their dogs [like royalty], you'd know how very odd such an incident was. Even more odd, was no one ever claimed her, even after going to the local vets, putting up ads in the local newspaper, etc.
She's the greatest dog ever - extremely empathic and really smart, quiet, etc. Couldn't have asked for a better pet.
