Malt extract jars

Hey..if anyone can help...please do....I have 4 jars..3 different kinds of mush spores...but my question is...I have these sedimnent looking things sitting in the bottom of the jars..they appeared after I too the jars out of the pres. cooker..too much extract??? But it looks as if the mycelium is growing on the sedimentat the bottom of the jars...
Heres the question..I'm ready to suck up this stuff in toa ayringe...is it alright if I take up some of that sediment into the syringe with the mycelium? Nothin seems to be contamed so far! Tanks for your help.

The sediment is probably from the malt carmelizing(when it gets above 250 F).
Sucking the sediment up will be fine...
