Your FAVORITE Goo Ball Recipe
    #4658773 - 09/14/05 10:49 AM (11 years, 2 months ago)

I did a search of all forums for "Goo Ball" and nothing came up, so i figured i'd make a post.  I love these little treats and want to try all the different varieties.

The one's i make for myself right now dont have measurements persay...

I just throw in:

A lot of peanutbutter,
a little less oatmeal,
a fair amount of cannola butter,
chocolate chips,
cheetos,
chopped up nuts,
rolled in coconut

I dont use measurements, just add each until the mix looks rigth.

Post up your fav's.

i thought goo balls were made with some form of cannabis or cannabis byproduct (butter, oil, etc)?

you can put anything in them. I just throw in some resin.

people put in mush, Lucy, hash.

anything you put in it's all masked taste-wise.

the coconut is only on the outside....you roll the whole ball in it...so your fingers dont have this sticky mess on them.

The cheetos are sparse...only there to surprize you with the occasional crunch that comes out of nowhere. Had one with cheetos at bonnaroo and havent gone back since.

I used to make something like that with my mother every christmas...

Another is "haystacks". one large marshmellow rolled in caramel and rolled again in rice krispies. let cool and they look like Haystacks..

Almond Bark is priceless stuff, it melts good and forms food... We used to take those krispy chow mein noodles and add all sorts of melted almond bark, chocolate and caramel with tiny marshmellows, chocolate chips, M&Ms or even chopped shickers.. Just heat everything and mix them up into balls with the krispy noodles and youve got a real treat...

we usually make the bud, not shake, buds, into butter, then melt down the butter, mix it with almond butter, which kicks peanuts butters ASS!, mix in some cereal, whatever your fav is, i like usiing one with flakes and some dried berries, some carob chips, and rice crispies.

gooball is the most versatile recipe ive known, you can stuff whatever you want in there, as long as its sticky with enough peanut butter or almond, youll be okay,, i dont think id put cheetos in it, yuck. i had gummy bears in one once on a shwillyass phish lot
