i have read everywhere that you need to go about 12-30 hours after a good rain...does that mean after the rain has stopped or if it rains for a while then stops then starts raining again can i go hunting during the second rain? does the poo have to be dry in order to produce? do i have to let the sun come out and dry up the field for 12 hours after the rain has completely stopped

If it's rained within the last few days, go hunting. There are no hard and fast rules.
