Rice Ethinticity??

I have literally 20 pounds of "White jasmine Rice". I am considering grinding it up and using in replacement of Brown Rice flour. Any idea if White rice is bad somehow??

I HAVE some Brown rice flou...ground from brown rice that is about 6 months old. Will It "Go bad"??

my friend had it ground up for a month in the frezzer. just inculated 2 weeks ago. let you know how it works out

white rice has been 'polished', removing it's outer hull, and most of it's nutrients, unfortunatly.
better off sticking with the brown.
the old rice should still be ok,
maybe not quite as good as freshly ground,
but still adequate.
