Spore syringes

I'm a virgin grower about to give it up to the cause...Can anyone tell me how long my spore syringes are viable after they arrive and how they should be stored???
If I use the Honey TEK will they survive longer???
and...How long will it take from inoculation till harvest (ballpark)???
