G2G generations

so say you have a grain jar from spore and all your others got contams.  now you have no choice but to do g2g. 

you successfuly colonized 10 virgin jars witht he grain spawn.  these are second gen jars, right?  would they still colonize poo/straw as aggresively as the jars from spores would of?  would you use a higher spawn to sub ratio because of a higher risk of contams?  would sesanence (wtf sp?) be a big problem? 

i heard its bad to transfer grains because the myc gets really weak.  might order new spores :frown:

well i'm on my third generation of g2g jars with WBS on EQ, and its going as fast if not a little faster colonizing the jars. The spawned poo is *definately* colonizing faster with the second gen stuff, probably because i got a little more accurate with my water content tho... but either way, i don't think it weakens it at all.

another q...are there any consequences if you over colonize jars for a few weeks?
