help!!!10 days and little mycellium

my donkey started some spores about ten days ago using a ten gallon aquarium and a grow kit. as of now there is a few very small white dots,don't look very fuzzy, and a couple patches of white fuzz that kind of looks like cobweb mold but it was there at five days and it hasn't hardly grown from the size it was when i spotted it and i heard that cobweb mold spreads fast. my donkey really needs some advice because he really wants those shrooms. The temp has fluxuated a little more than what i'd of liked but from what i've read not enough to harm it. can anyone give me a litttle help on this.
