vacation, colonization retardation?

Ok i have a total of 10 jars going right now and by the time I get back and am ready for the jars to get going in a week I predict that about 4 of them will be 100%. My problem is that when I get back home I'm going to have about 20 days before I leave my house again for another month (25 days). So should I try to fruit those 4 jars in the slim 20 days and hope for the best, or is there someway to retard the colonization so I can do it right in a couple of months? They've been maturing for about 3 weeks now so they are slow coming. Either way I don't think that 20 days is enough time for the results I'm looking for, I might not have any choice but I really don't want to do all 10 for that 20 day period. Any reply would be very helpful.

I would case them my casings begin to fruit on day 3 after being but in a terrium but Im using coco fiber so Im not sure what the time difference would be.
