So, the executive can now grab you and hold you indefinitely without trial or lawyer as long as we're at war with terrorism.

yep.

I liked the Beavis and Butthead episode of citizens arrest. That was classic.

Total abstinence is so excellent a thing that it cannot be carried to too great an extent. In my passion for it I even carry it so far as to totally abstain from total abstinence itself.

uhh yeah.. ever since the first patriot act passed.
i don't remember the exact section, but it designates anyone committing any action that is a danger to human life as a terrorist.

so technically not wearing a seat belt can be called terrorism, same with jay walking. i don't see it being used for that, but it could very well end up being used for something small like that one day. drug dealing can also be classified as terrorist. you are destroying the minds of the American people.. i could just see it now.

there are even more creepier things in there. like the federal government can come search your home without a warrant, not tell you they have been there, and come back with a warrant at a later date and then tell you and search again.

take a read through all the Nazi style laws and measures we have had passed. go to the library of congress and read a few sections. most people think it is just for terrorism, but it all starts with "it's just for this or that", and then it slowly expands until it all blows up in someones face.

how about homeland security raiding a toy store for Rubix cubes knock offs. you know osama cant wait to get his hands on those Rubix Cubes.
