Well I've been sick for like 5 days, and for the past three my lungs have been feelings like they have fluid in them, Is there anything I can do to help, or should I take advantage of my daddy's railroad insurance and go to the doctor?

Doctor. Get yourself some antibiotics, if it's a bacterial infection.

Once, men turned their thinking over to machines in the hope that this would set them free.
But that only permitted other men with machines to enslave them.

Yep, doctor.

When I joined the Army and went into basic training, the climate change and sudden lack of sleep/rest left me with a pretty bad case of pneumonia. I went like two weeks without saying anything in fear of being punished, hacking up globs of yellow/green phlegm constantly. I finally went to sick call and got some antibiotics (zithromiacin I think). Cleared me up in 5 days.

Don't let it do too long, it can become very serious.

If it is pneumonia they will probably send you for x-rays. A patch will be visible on your lungs on the x-ray. I have had pneumonia a few times before. They always gave me an inhaler and also pills. Make sure you use the inhaler, it definitely helps clear that shit out of your lungs. I have heard that once you get pneumonia, you are more susceptible to getting it again. I got it almost once a year, every winter following the first time I had it. It suddenly stopped when I forced my mom to stop smoking in the house.

Get yourself to a doctor. I've had pneumonia once, but since I've had it I've come down with bronchitis almost every year since. If you smoke, try to quit.

Just a little nervous from the fall.
