- Yogurt
- Cottage Cheese
- Protein bars/shakes

I'm trying to eat high protein breakfasts, because I find if I don't I simply don't have energy during the day.

Making the noise "penicillin" is no substitute for actually taking penicillin.

Oh good thinking, I sometimes have a bagel (or toast) with cream cheese and salmon, and it's quite good.

fry up some hamburger and store it pre-cooked in your fridge... reheat, and cook in with the cheesy-eggs in the morning. maybe a yogurt for your "breakfast-dessert"

soybeans are very high in protien and they are a complete protein too... soybeans are pretty bland when you cook them straight up, but soy nuts are damn good, and edamame (green/baby soy beans) are fantabulous and you can eat 'em raw

Canned tuna is extremely high in protein and also has very little fat. It's a great natural workout supplement.
