Whats the actual penalty for growing shrooms
small scale for purely personal useage no selling whatsoever and not intent to distribute
If the police were to somehow find them
as a first time offence.... lets say with one cake?
In Canada and the U.S
is there severe jail time?

in the US, the least that could happen is the cop having you throw the stuff out. The most that could happen is being charged with cultivating a shedule I substance (maybe 5 years?). My bet would be on the cop tossing it if its your first offence.

It all depends on the cop, if he feels like actually making this a big deal.
Secondly your age will play a HUGE factor
If yer 30 and doing this... well chances are yer getting written up
15 years old prolly a slap on the hand and not much more

In canada I think they're schedule v, making them less illegal than pot (schedule iii)

sweet Im 15 I guess Ill just get a slap even tho Im growing 7 cakes then 7 slaps not even in canada. I think ill grow mush untill I get extremly old keep growing my little buddys are part of the family name the cakes it will humor the cop if he finds then presume you insane and go to the local donut shop for a bite.
