about a week ago i heard someone talking here that they reduced the light to their casings to 5 min per day and it increased his total vield for that particular flush. i dont relly believe that it would increase it but that does go to show that they need very little light. anything with a good blue spectrum is what you want but 2 or 3 hours a day is enough. if you wanna do 16 hours thats probably not gonna hurt anything though, but i dont think its necessary.
