The probably most common psilcybe mushroom would be thu cubensis.

Cubes don't grow in mulch. That picture makes it look like there is ne veil on the mushroom, which cubes have. Generally cubes don't have that color cap either, and they bruise blue. Also, if you live anywhere in the north (or actually just don't live in the south), they don't even grow there at all.

Theres probably some other things that make it different from a cube. In general, for one last test, try to bruise the mushroom by pressing on it. If it turns blue, you can still have some hope, but I don't think thats going to happen. Sorry man :p. A general state or region that you live in could help somewhat to. Check out the hunting FAQs, and see which ones grow wild in your area, and where to hunt for em.

It takes a nice amount of practice usually before you start finding actives, but once you get the hang of it it actually isn't too bad .

The second species of mushroom is some kind of Lepotia, could quite possibly be deadly.

For the other one, an ID is most likely impossible, that mushroom is too young.

For future ID requests, be sure to read this: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/4508583/an/0/page/0
