Pressure cooker???

When I use a pressure cooker at what level should the temperature be at. low med or high. Should the lids on the jar be tight or loose.

I'd put it on high and leave the lids on loose.

yea keep it on high. but personally i have the lids tight because i have had problems with excess water but either way works.
