hey guys and gals.
i did search and it may be there but im overwhelmed.
so ive got 4 jars of liquid cultured B+. ive got rye jars ready and ive got plenty o horse shit ( i did say SHIT) and filter bags.
before i do an operation i like to read thru the tek or a few posts on the subject.
could someone please run thru lc2rye and lc2poo? or give up the links. i need to do this tonight so any help would be good.

I've been thinking about doing this....
My problem with LCs has been that it seems like I never pull up enough mycelium to water (in ratio) to inoculate with LC without over-wetting a bag. But if I make a poo bag on the drier side and toss some extra verm in, this may help things.
BTW--Am I the only one who seems to need several ml of LC solution to get any sort of decent colonizing? Sporewater, of course, you use less. I'm just sort of puzzled by this. Cheersums.

I haven't heard much about it lately. We'll have to ask them how it's going.
I'm doing some jars tomorrow. Got another PC today  Plan on giving it a good workout tomorrow,lol.
I'm gonna try 25% WBS, 25% Rye and 50% Poo.

If it takes a large amount of LC to get your jars going, then the culture isnt thick enough, or the needle is to small to get good chunks. You could try letting the syringe sit upsidedown, to let the myc settle, then shooting out the water..then your left with a concentrated myc syringe and it shouldnt take much to get a jar going.
I think if I were gonna do LC to something, Id do 25% grains, 75% poo...then shoot it up with a good shot of LC. You could shoot up either by itself though. You can shoot up straw too (shread in blender, and jar it up) but it doesnt shake well, or do much good..other then very very sheap spawn I guess? I dunno, I suppose it has its applications..straw is messy though..yeah anyways..rambling, sorry I'm stoned.

NOW--back on the forum topic (  )--ever had a problem with watery LCs? Turn the syringe upside-down for several minutes? The LC culture is clearly grown out enough.

4 cups manure (cow or horse),i use a mix.
1 cup rye grass seed
1 cup verm, or perlite
soak, drain to field capacity, and sterilize.
inoculate with LC. (spores don't germinate here).
this is not a fast gro formula, but IME, it's faster then spawning grain to poo.
i once had copes go invitro on this shit, needless to say, i didn't eat them.
