Yeah, I loved that movie! But you have to see it right from the very first scene. You miss even the first minute of the movie and you're fucked! And it does require that you pay attention. But I would reccomend it to anyone who appreciates good cinema.

Definitely one of my all time favorites. Postmodern perfected. :smirk:

Have you watched it in reverse (normal) order? It's interesting. It's not as good of a movie, obviously, in that form.

You should rent his other work - Insomnia, and the Following. and of course he also did Batman Begins.

Insomnia came after memento, it's a film with Al pacino, Hilary Swank, and Robin Williams. It's great.

For the way it was filmed, it was awesome. It was made by four different directors, and I bet they had a headache arranging all the scenes backwards.

(Remember Sammy Jenkins)

It was not made by four directors, you're mistaken. It was made by Christopher Nolan...that's it.

Four Rooms was directed by four directors, though.

Then 3 other sub or co-directors. I remember seeing it in the credits

Unless my memory is failing on me...

As long as you arent one of the guys at IMDB that posts their opinions and demands that everyone bow down to it, then you're still cool.

Just saw this movie today with my girl. We both really enjoyed it, but were a little confused. Did the main character really kill his wife's murder a year ago, according to that cop?

Good movie, but do yourself a favor and watch it more than once. It's like Fear and Loathing, or Fight Club, you can't take it all in the first or even second time.

Yes you'd be right. Whenever I have a question about a movie I usually check IMDB, they are pretty good with that stuff.
