Is that fiction or nonfiction? Never heard of it. I've recently been reading about Edward Bach's flower essences as medicine(s). Good and interesting stuff.

I've read a bit of "This is It" by Alan Watts. The title did more for me than the text, but others probably enjoy the entire book.
I read a lot of books at once or speed read a couple at a time. I'm really enjoying a book by Matthew Wood (herbalist) entitled Vitalism: A history of herbalism, homeopathy, and flower essences.
Most of the books I've read, if not all, have had something to do with either herbs, flowers as medicines, homeopathy, and spiritual development thru the ingestion of nature.

Try out, 'The Book on the taboo against knowing who you are' by Alan Watts.
I just read 'Sometimes a Great Notion" by Ken Keasy. GREAT fiction.

Check out the Army survival manual...everything you could possibly want to know is in that book.

Soldier of Fortune Magazine is cool.

I have two different versions of the Army Survival Manual available from Amazon.com . Both are ok. There are others too that you can search for.

That's really cool. I was recently at a Whole Foods Market, and they have a section of books about herbalism, and there was one book, the title of which I forget, but it had all sorts of herbs and their uses and applications.
