Need help with some shrooms i found

Hello everyone! I’m a new member here and a first time mushroom hunter who’s very excited to be here with you all! Let me explain my situation…
Me and a friend of mine have never done magic mushrooms before and we are both very very eager to try them. Because we couldn’t get a hold of anyone with mushrooms to sell, we decided to go and pick them ourselves in a very dense forest close to a river near my place 
We found a huge bunch of different types and kept every mushroom which looked somewhat like the ones in the magic mushroom field-guide I brought along. Me and my friend are both sane and sensible people so we decided to come here to get help identifying what we found before eating them.
We live in Quebec City, in Quebec Canada. Quebec City has an altitude of about 660 meters. Every mushroom we found was in the same forest which was a boreal forest filled with evergreens (pine trees,) birch and maple trees. I spread each mushroom out on white paper and labeled each group of mushroom with a number for easy referencing. Ill describe the physical characteristics and the type of ground we found them in under each pic. Thank you all so much for helping me and my friend!! http://img189.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture0146ul.jpg found solitary but there were alot everywhere. found on dead plant material, humus, dead leaves and branches cap-bright yellow/orange on the edges becomming dark orange/brown in the center. big mushroom with 2-8.5 cm diameter. smooth texture. uplifted and umbonate. stem-3-6.5 cm, hollow, dark brown, smei-rough texture, thick gills-light yellow-dark orange/brown. attached and decurrent spore print color is light brown/hazelnut very faint scent dark brown to dark green bruising
http://img208.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture0122uo.jpg found in a huge colony of about 20 mushrooms growing on dead leaves and branches and moist soil. cap-a kinda yellowish brown/dark tan with greenish bruising. 2-4.5 cm in diameter. broadly umbonate. non-smooth texture (i can feel the lines on the cap passing a finger). stem-2-4.5 cm long, thick, hollow, same color and texture as cap with a very hard to notice greenish tinge possibly from bruising(?) gills-dark brown attached to the stem and adnate spore print color is brown light scent (mushroom needs to be up to nose to smell its scent)
http://img246.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture0135lp.jpg found growing out of a rotting log/rotting wood parabolic shape and smooth texture. 1-2.5 cm wide. gills-attached to stem and adnexed, thin and a dark rusty color. stem-2-3.5 cm long. thin and hollow. starting as the same color as the cap than becomming lighter to white at the base pale brown spore print slight signs of greenish bruising no scent
http://img246.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture0154vc.jpg found in rotting dead leaves, humush and decaying branches in moist soil cap-very conical and small (1 cm wide). white grayish in color with very evident dark dark blue bruising. wrinkly texture stem-very long and very thin and solid (not hollow) measuring 3-8 cm long. only a mm in diamter if not less and dark color (hard to tell what color it is exactly) gills-white and thick not attached to stem and free. spore print is what im getting right now, ill keep everyone updated mild-strong scent

From your descriptions the first three mushrooms are most likely inactive, however the last one catches my eye. Blue bruising = good green/brown bruising generally = bad. Not really sure what they are though. They almost look like old liberty caps, which usually are supposed to grow out of grass, not dead leaves, so that isnt a positive id.

The first one looks like Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca, the False Chanterelle.
The second one is so out of focus that the photo gives mostly color information. Gills being rusty colored suggests Galerina, a genus with deadly species. Is the cap surface slimy or sticky or just moist or even dry?
A spore print will be important for the last one.
Be sure that spore prints you make for identification are done on white paper.
Happy mushrooming!

http://img246.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture0154vc.jpg is a inactive mycena, probably mycena amicta, i find these in sage grass sometimes near liberty caps
http://img208.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture0122uo.jpg looks like clitocybe rivulosa, a cholinergic-toxic mushroom
http://img246.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture0135lp.jpg too blurry to even guess but a rusty gill on wood with a zonate drying cap suggests galerina. certainly nothing you want. not even the right habitat for psychoactive mushrooms in quebec.
http://img189.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture0146ul.jpg definately false chanterelle

they grow in nova scotia and although the faq doesnt mention them growing in new york i have read in some replies that they grow there too and i think i have read some that even say ontario idono i could be wrong but it just doesnt seem very logical that mushrooms are aware of political boundries.

Hey i found some more mushrooms of different kinds
All 3 of the types i found while mowing the lawn http://img380.imageshack.us/my.php?image=unidentifiedshrooms3ub.jpg
left-small white ones had a light brown spore print middle-small dark brown ones had a spore print that was dark brown with a few hints of black and a light light overtone of purple right-the big white mushrooms produced no spore print. Because the prints were done on white paper im assuming that they have white or pale colored spores

after reading about panaeolina foenisecci and observing the color of the spore prints, everything leads me to say they are hallucinogenic.
People probably say they are useless, but im wondering, if u eat alot of them at once is there a possibilty of getting the same effect as when u eat more conventional magic mushrooms?

people also beleive in the easter bunny. but he ain't no Jesus.
and by that i mean youre WAY to new to be making assumptions.
and by that i mean correct assumptions.
and by that i mean paneolina foenisecci is not active, at all, no matter what you read.
its better for all concerned you don't perpetuate that rediculous myth. once people say its active, evrybody starts saying it. not that it's dangerous. but it contributes to resurrecting misinformation long since debunked.
like i said, its no jesus

sorry, i was just really eager to find some shrooms where I live
I've read that pan sub grows on fertilized lawns after rainy days in the fall in canada. Would it be possible to find some In Quebec City which is just a little bit north of Montreal?

more like the spring and summer, the fall to a lesser extent.
liberty caps are the fall ones.
pan subbs are better found in hay bales and dung heaps composting

I just rained here in Quebec City a few hours ago and i know where theres a huge field on the edge of a forest. Can i go look for some while its still cloudy or should i wait a day or 2??

you can go now, tho likely they wont really start popping for nearly anoither month.
fall rains and cool nights <10c but >1c are the main triggers. frost itself is actually harmful if it freezes the grass roots.
look for the mushroom in pastures with grass. not clover, alphapha, or any other non grass, meadow grass, fescue, sagegrass, phalaris, even crabgrass and corn. well-traveled by grain-fed animals. ive found them in horse feilds growing on sagegrass once, but cattle are far better.
in the heat of fruiting time, you will find them in open feild grass. most of the time they will grow in sedge grass clumps. (spiky blue-green grass that grow in wet depressed zones)

hey i just found 2 new types of mushrooms!! They were growing on my lawn and i spotted them walking on the grass. They were growing next to a maple tree.
http://img324.imageshack.us/my.php?image=unidentifiedshrooms8pq.jpg
Left Cap: 3 cm, broadly umbonate. very fragile and striate with a slippery feel when wet. The color started a wierd buff brown, but is drying and fading to a grey dull white. the gills are adnate and a wierd grey brown. Stem: roughly 3 cm, white and hollow with also fragile. gills: a dark grey with abit of dark color (possibly black) due to spores and white on the edges. adnate. Spore print: getting that right now
Right cap: 2 cm, a light brownish orange tan. Very tough, really slippery when wet. campamulate/parabolic shape Gills: a light tan really pale orange. adnexed. stem: 2.5 cm with a tan, brown color and solid. Spore print: getting that now
Any help would be appreciated I hope one of them is magic!!

psathyrella candolena and Marasmius oreades
not active.
you wont find anything active in your old lawn.
the only lawns you can find actives in are new, dark green, and well manured.
