Legal to pick and eat??

Is this correct...?

"Legality: Not illegal to pick and eat mushrooms. However, they contain the Class A drugs psilocin and psilocybin and it is illegal to possess them in a prepared form. A prepared form would include; dried out or in a solution."

picking and eating isnt illegal but growing it, and the only way to pick and eat is to grow...

i think thats what the law used to be in england before they changed it. im pretty sure mushrooms are illegal everywhere in US, even wild ones

I've heard hurricanes can bring up many different shrooms that normally don't pop up.

but not for sure myself. That might be better answered in the hunting forum.

My understanding is that since its a federally controlled drug then it is illegal in all the states including florida. Its kind of like the medical marijuana acts. Sure at a state level it can be legal, but is still illegal at the federal level. So it really all depends on who busts you.

"federally controlled drug" but that is pure psilocybin, the mushroom is listed as a "carrier" or something.
I can grow and sell mushrooms where I am, but cannot dry them, same in holland (though some shops do sell them dry)
Fresh was legal in england too.

If fresh shrooms are illegal you could technically bust a farmer with them growing in his field.

I have also heard you can have fresh in some US state.

its all a bunch of silliness if you ask me. silliness alone is the act of satan in the world. like those water and food trucks ealier that were sitting outside new orleans doing nothing waiting for beauracratic clearance and shit like that. we need to burn things. really guys, lets burn things
