instead of hpoo?
    #4616517 - 09/03/05 03:27 PM (12 years, 8 months ago)

there's a garden supply place around the corner from my house, they sell a compost that looks like it could work in place of hpoo since I'm not having any luck finding any.
http://www.fertilegarden.com/ViewProductGroup.asp?ProductGroupID=156
"Fertile Garden Supply Compost is a pasteurized weed-free blend of horse, cow and turkey manure with sawdust, rice hulls and cedar flakes."

Thoughts?

I don't recommend using anything but poo that you gathered or bought for mycological purposes...

But I have seen peoples' grows where they have used store bought manure and it worked..

I also wouldn't recommend using poo your first time...

Dude you defenitly should look in your phonebook for horse stables or cattle feed lots in your area and call them up and ask if you could have some of there poo. :P They would probably be down for letting you have some. That's what I do and they are more then happy for me to take it off there hands. It's preleached and everything. <3 happy poo hunting cause its well worth your time.
