Echoes
    #4615712 - 09/03/05 10:36 AM (11 years, 3 months ago)

Am I the only one or is this the ultimate tripping song?

You definitely aren't the only one.

Revolution 9 is really good too

Hehe, well, I guess I'll admit to being an idiot on this one.....I'll assume that is a beatles track....I dunno, not a beatles fan myself.....doubt I ever will be, but I'd like to give that track a listen just because you recognized the track I was talking about.......so maybe I'd dig that track too.......I'll see if I can find it.

Both of those pieces are stellar tripping tracks. I don't know if they're my favorites, but they're great.

Pink Floyd Echoes is an amazing piece, but there is no such thing as "the ultimate tripping song"...

Hehe, not at all man. That song reminds me of chaos, and when tripping, everything is simply chaos. Although I do see how it could be a bit much when tripping.

You also may want to check out Led Zeppelin - Kashmir, and pretty much any Grateful Dead song, I personally dig Touch of Grey, China Cat Sunflower, Ripple, and Truckin'.

Dogs is a great song......man I will never forget seeing it live.....Dogs is easily the best song ever written and performed in my opinion.........In fact, Animals is easily, in my opinion, the best album ever written.

Oh, and not to be a dick or anything, but I'm pretty sure that lyric is incorrect.

A trippy song to be sure, although I once had a nightmare thanks to that song. I fell asleep with the radio on and they played that song...eek!
