all this talk about being a patriot or not (only read the first 2 pages, sorry if the talk of someone being a patriot dissolved), but you seem to forget that out country was founded by people who were considered to be "unpatriotic" or what have you. Maybe they weren't classified as such, but they criticized the government, and people hated them for doing it.
I think its our duty to challenge and criticize the government in everything it does. If its doing good, challenge it to see if it is really doing good. If its doing something you dont like... CHALLENGE it! dont just sit there.
If we just sit back and let them (the government, President mainly) do what ever they want, and then support them about it, then there is no telling what will happen

"baboon faced black men", wow im amazed that such racism is allowed on this board. Actually its pretty common now that i think about it. Its funny, you can attack a race but not a person on this board.
i guess penis envy does weird things to people.

This is certainly correct. This is not what is really the issue. What is the issue is that a bunch of left wing loonies has developed a compulsion to slander, often in the most dishonest, transparent fashion possible. When every fucking utterance is "Bush sucks" and he is blamed for everything from hurricanes (RFK Jr's rant that not signing the Kyoto accord was responsible, forgetting that it was defeated in Congress overwhelmingly and would have had no effect regardless) to deliberately dragging his feet on the rescue because there just a bunch o' nigras (various black fools and left wing enablers). It is a sad symptom of the left that they have gone completely overboard in their apoplexy and have thus pretty much completely outstepped the bounds of honest criticism into ludicrous, self-marginalizing mongering of various kinds.
I myself didn't beat Slick Willy up too badly until the consequences of his just basicly "occupying" the office for 8 years came to light. I did, however, always despise that cunt wife of his. Perhaps that's why I didn't mind the hummers too much, just the lieing about them under oath.

Don't forget about how classy RFK Jr. is:
Quote:
"Perhaps it was Barbour's memo [to President Bush concerning CO2 emissions] that caused Katrina, at the last moment, to spare New Orleans and save its worst flailings for the Mississippi coast."
What a scumbag.

If you are a patriot, you support individual freedoms and rights. If the people today really were tired of having our Constitutional rights trampled, I don't think that they could say which party does the worst job of it. I don't think that just because someone says "I hate the government", that they are in the same boat as the men who threw off the tyranny of England and made America free.

If it does good, challenge it? Thats the problem, people keep trying to make the government do 'more', and it just gets bogged down with it.

I don't hate black people, I dislike criminals. I also hate how liberals try to cover up the truth.

Why? If I wanted to lynch George Bush, would I be anti-white?

I mean it is hard to look at him on tv talk, knowing that each and every word he says means nothing. It is hard to justify the war of Vietnam style monetary usage. It is hard to justify some guy who will not help the environment with air standards like the rest of the world did. Finally it seems wrong that the guy doesn't even seem real at all, most likely having some drugs specifically engineered so he can not feel any remorse for anything he has done. But what are you going todo about it really? John D Rockefeller said that the best manager was one who could kill thousands of people with any remorse; Bush really does fit the profile.

If you knew anything about the Kyoto Protocol, you'd have a good idea about why we didn't sign it.

The Kyoto Protocol was poorly put together b/c is made cutting made emissions for developing countries (China, India) a voluntary decision. Of course they're not going to voluntarily reduce pollution. That is just silly.
If they would have put together an agreement in which everyone has to cut emission as a mandatory part of the contract, I would have supported it. You can't just make some countries reduce and not others.

But the USA pollutes 3 times more then any country or something crazy. After china and india developed they would have to cut emissions as well. Even so, the US even with all the pollution controls still blows more crap into the sky, ground, water then most places. At least it has gotten slightly better in the US. Besides, if the country wants to destroy its environment that is there choice. One country doesn't really after the whole of the world that much, except if we are talking about the US.

Micheal Moore doesn't realize that the President doesn't have sole responsibility over everything that happens anywhere. I don't think it's really fair to blame the President for such a large scale state/local/federal disaster.
