Has anyone used an all american pressure sterilizer(41quart)? What are the ups and downs of the cooker? I had a 22qt presto and the seal seemed to get pressurized and cooked smaller after about a 100 cooks. This unit uses no seal so I think one problem is eliminated, but does anyone no what new ones will arise? Also does anyone know how high the psi's go?

AFOF has the 21 1/2 quart all american says its great little high on the price but its suppose to be the best for these type things
