Too much myc on my hands (nice problem)

I have four 1/2 pint jars that are just about fully colonized. The trouble is my small fruiting chamber won't hold anymore. Should i put the jars in the fridge? Or empty the jars into ziplock bags and put them in the fridge? I figure I have about another 7-10 days before I'll have room for them. Can they be fruited without the chamber? The temp will be ok but the RH will be difficult.
