I see your point in the e-mail but why did you have to bring this private discussion to a public message board? I'm sure Ryche Hawk will make good as he is one of the best vendors around. We all have our good, bad, and tough times. This includes our vendors.

i can see why your doing it, you paid your money, you were patient, you didn't recieve what you paid for, you tried to resolve the problem privately, and you got the run around.

I dont really mind as I see why you made this post public but some people are a little touchy about situations like this. Atleast, they were when I did it. Lets just say I probably wont be doint that again.

Enter,You recently posted a thread asking for suggestions to HELP the community. Now you are askng us to list any vendor who we have had problems with,inevitabley starting a flame war. DOES THIS HELP THE COMMUNITY?? I hope Ryche sends you a bag of his own shit.

Do you think shitty vendors help the community? It is better to post about shitty vendors than it is to allow them to screw over the community. This isn't a flame post, but one warning the community.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. The incident with your coupon is something you should look into. But one thing I wanted to bring up is the point of you not getting your kit.
Myco Supply ships most of its items via UPS. And one of the reasons is that the USPS is VERY bad right now. We send the manufacuters we deal with checks, certified checks, etc... And 99% of the time we just throw the payment in a mailbox. Well, in the past two weeks, payments that we've sent to companies supposedly "haven't been recieved".
I mean, these were payments sent weeks ago. We're taking care of them but none the less....its the fact that they're probably lost somewhere in the USPS system.
I know this is a poor explaination. And I'm not sure about the communication level between you and Ryche.
My point basically is that right now the USPS is very backed up and unorganized. I was actually wondering if any other vendors who rely on the USPS have had problems.
I just read an article two days ago about 5 "lost" mail trucks. I mean the big tractor trailer trucks! FIVE of them??? How do you "loose" then "find" 5 trucks? They were supposedly sitting there for 2 weeks. They were "lost" after the Sept. 11th attacks. So go figure:)

Enter, I feel you have made every effort to correct this situation privately, as I have done with mine. I had never ordered from Ryche before and was under the impression he was a reliable vendor. He refuses to even respond to emails or pm's, it makes me wonder if I will ever see my product or a refund. I think you are simply protecting those who intend to send him money, he isn't delivering products and if you send money right now, I would say don't expect to see it again. Why can't I just get my syringe!?!?!?!? Bah!
