Texas ID needed

Ok guys, I know that you need info and I'll try my best. I live in southeast Texas and I found these on cow dung. I think that there may be two types here, but I'm not sure. They resemble each other except for the fact that one has a soft stem and blues and the other has a really stiff stem that's orangish or brown and doesn't seem to bruise. I'm not sure that they aren't the same mushroom at different stages. The gills are not attached and were Gray on the younger ones and black on the older ones.

The stems on the brown-stemmed ones are really thin and snap when bent. The others are also really thin, but resemble a thin cubensis and blue when crushed.

The caps on the softer stemmed ones are cream colored and have a tan point in the center. The brown stemmed ones are slightly grayer, but still have a tannish center. The spore prints appear to be black, but it's hard to tell. Hopefully the pictures will help.

Hard stemmed:

They both smell like regular mushrooms and aren't slimy.

Sorry about the shitty description and pics, but this is my first time in this forum as this part seemed way too intense to get in to.
Please help if you can and let me know if you need more info, I appreciate it.

the ones that bruise blue are copelandia cyanescens, the others are probably panaeolus antillarum.
