Need Finch seed reciepe....

First time with it so I don't know how much it swells up in the Cooker. I'm using Quart jars. I'm thinkin about 25% Verm right?
Any help on this? :-)

Just under 1 cup of DRY seed will fill the jar half full and leave it very shakeable.
Boil the seed for 45 min, rince and drain very well.
add 2 cups of seed to each jar (what came from just under 1 cup)
PC for 90 min.
dont need any vermiculite but make sure you drain very well.
