is it worth coltivation?

1) is it worth coltivating Panaeolus cyanescens or ps. cubensis?
there is really a big differance?
2)is it possible to grow the pan's cyans on a brown rice (not flour)
like on rye? or it is neccesery to do it on rye seeds?

I disagree. 2 grams of pan cyans are closer to 5.5 grams cubies. 3 grams is closer to 8-10 grams of cubies.

Second, Pan cyans are difficult to grow and will not grow on rice, you'll need to spawn to dung.

Third, both are very worth it and rewarding species to grow. Yields of cubensis dont compare to any other mushroom, and potency of pan cyans is incredible compared to cubies (although difficulty is greater, and yield is far less).

Start with cubensis, on rice. Then spawn them to dung (big potency increase). Then you can get pan cyans a shot if you want, after you can succesfully do cubies on dung.

i already tried some strains of ps. cubensis.
only with the cake methood but now i want to try the casing methood so i segested it would be nice to change the speices also,but i think i'll stick to cubies! the problem is that i'm looking for a very potent strain of cubensis. can you tell of which?

Dont jump into pan casings before cubensis casings. Pans are stronger but with a lower yeild, would you rather get 10 gallons of beer or a shot of whiskey? (ok exaggeration but you get the point)

Mycofile has some interesting threads about over incubation leading to higher potency in cubes. Just leave your grains a month or 2 after full colonisation before casing them
