 Since a LC is liquid, do I really have to PC, Or can I just Steam/ Or Boil My jar And All?

Here is the LC jar that I just made. The blue stuff is gasket maker. I had to cover 4 small holes from a past innoc. The big one in the center will be my innoc site. So, I dont have a pc. What are my options?

I only pc my LC jars so I'm not much help on this one...
but I think I saw something where someone microwaved theirs...think it was Blackout that did it.
You could try steaming them...and let us know how it goes.

micro wave or steaming/boiling, works just fine for LC.
handling is where problems occur.

Let me clarify. I plan on boiling while the pre innoc solution is in the jar.

I Microwaved mine in a baby bottle sterilizer when I didn't have a PC

Simmer 20-30 min.
go longer, and burn the sugar.

Word, looks like you got the help you needed. That's a pretty fancy jar you got gong there, you been reading some of agar's posts, huh?
If you're steaming, ala pf tek, I'd go ahead and do the full 30 minutes. The sugar won't hardly caramalize at all under 250 degrees, so I wouldn't worry about it a bit.

Yes, I microwave all mine. Fill jar 1/2 way with 2-4% solution.
Now add more water to bring it 3/4 full.
Microwave on full until it boils (2-6mins).
Now turn down to low for 30mins.
In this time it will boil off the additional water you added leaving you with a half full jar again. If it is more than half full you can microwave on high again, if there is too little water you must add more and start again (thats why I go for a 2% myself).
If you have no filter leave the cap loose and let it cool in the microwave. If you have a filter you can leave it tight as long as the filter is not tiny the steam will escape easily.
I do not think 3-4 mins in a microwave is enough.
A metal lid with clean holes is fine in a microwave. Sharp edges, syringes and tinfoil will spark
